Well, after working one job in the morning, another in the afternoon, I was finally able to run some errands and make it home.
For dinner, I attempted these delicious parmesan roasted potatoes -

On the reading docket tonight:
a few short stories by Katherine Mansfield,
more Clarissa,
and Macbeth
I'm also going to be re-working my writing samples for the application
which is due in one week!!
[internal monologue: AAAAAAAAAAAAAGHHHHH!]
Anyway... back to my homework filled 3-day weekend =)
